The Provost, Dr. AbdulRaheem Yusuf has approved the appointment of Mrs. Oluwatoyin Sanusi as the new Director for the Continuing Education Centre (CEC) of the Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin in affiliation with the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. She replaced Mr. Yemi Ale, a Chief Lecturer in the Yoruba Department of the School of Languages who retired from the service of the College recently.

Until her appointment, Mrs Sanusi was the Deputy Director of examinations in the centre. She is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Christian Religious Studies in the School of Arts and Social Sciences. According to some staff of the centre who spoke with our correspondents, the appointment of Mrs. Sanusi by the Provost was one of the best things that could happen to the Centre at a time like this. They described her as a team player who believes in “let's do it together”

She was also described as a disciplinarian who has zero tolerance for examination malpractices and other unethical behaviors. Some Sandwich students who spoke with our correspondents expressed joy over the appointment of Mrs. Sanusi Oluwatoyin describing her as a loving mother.
