In pursuance of the management’s determination to ensure a smooth admission process for the 2018/2019 academic session, the Provost Dr. AbdulRaheem Yusuf has inaugurated a 14-man committee in his office. While inaugurating the committee, he charged members to be up and doing in the discharge of their duties while leaving no stone unturned to conduct a hitch-free admission.

The committee, which is headed by the Acting Deputy Provost Academic, Dr. (Mrs.) Molagun H.M, have other experienced stakeholders drawn across relevant units and departments of the College such as the Academic unit, Computer and Information Technology Centre and the Admission’s office.

The Provost urged members of the committee to use their wealth of experience to fashion out ways to better improve on the past experiences of the College in the enrollment of suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the College in line with the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) admission template for a credible exercise.

For this academic session, the JAMB score for the post UTME screening exercise, apart from other requirements, into the College is 120 and above. This was a fall out of the meeting of heads of Tertiary Institutions across the country held at the instance of the JAMB Registrar, Professor Ishiaq Oloyode at Bola Babalakin Auditorium, Gbongonin Osun State recently.

Arising from a very brief meeting after the inauguration, candidates seeking admission into the College for the 2018/2019 academic session are required to pay a sum of N 2,000 (apart from bank charges) to the College portal via www.kwcoeilorin.edu.ng.
