The Free Medical test approved by the management team led by the Acting Provost Dr. Jimoh Ahmed Ayinla has reached the third day today Wednesday, 25th August 2021 at the College Clinic.
There was a great turnout in today’s medical tests, which was far different from the previous days, Monday and Tuesday, perhaps because of the adequate information passed around to the staff concerned.
The Information Unit Crew reliably gathered that over 100 staff have been screened today against 37 for Monday and 50 for Tuesday respectively.
While speaking with the HOU Clinic, Mrs. Babatunde Mary Omoladun, today in the office said that though there has been a large turnout but many were turned away because they came late for the test.
She however advised that staff that were turned away today and those scheduled for tomorrow Thursday 26th August 2021 should endeavour to come early enough and be reminded that no meal or drinks should be taken before coming.
So far for the three days health screening exercise Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday respectively, over 190 have been screened on; Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Blood Pressure (BP), Packed Cell Volume (PVC), Body Mass Index (BMI), Weight Measurement (WM) and Height Measurement (HM).
